Opportunity Description

Applications for Women@Dior are now open to young female applicants worldwide. Women@Dior is an exceptional international mentoring and educational program for young women globally. The program comprises five core values: self-care and self-awareness, autonomy for self-affirmation and accountability, creativity, inclusion, and sustainability. Participants in this program put their knowledge into practice by creating a project and following the coursework to support the empowerment of young girls.

Women@Dior foundations include a unique mentoring program to ready young women to become tomorrow’s leaders, a state-of-the-art online education empowering them to imagine a more sustainable and responsible future. Also, the program includes a local and concrete project to put learning into practice called Dream for Change project. More program foundations have community-based organization-connected events and a global conference at UNESCO with inspiring speakers. The Women@Dior program is part of UNESCO’s international coalition for education.

Eligibility Criteria

All applicants should meet the following eligibility criteria: 

  • Demonstrate talent, ambition, and generosity;
  • Be young women;
  • Currently enrolled in a university course, last year of their undergraduate degree OR postgraduate students (Masters, Ph.D.…);
  • NOT enrolled in any partner universities; 
  • Be under 30 years old;
  • Be fluent in English;
  • Have NOT participated in the Women@Dior previously;
  • Attend and participate in all mandatory courses, including the Women Leadership and Sustainability certificate and interview session, and contribute to the Mentorship and Dream for Change project.
