This course, which was created in partnership with the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, will use case studies to immerse students in the conception, coordination, and administration of three cutting-edge methods for extensive, practice-focused continuous improvement that are popular both domestically and abroad :Utilizing a Design-Based Approach Networked Research, Implementation Science, Improvement Communities. Students will examine the primary strategy of each approach for each instance using innovation logics, and they will examine how each applies disciplined approaches to address real-world issues encountered by educators and leaders using improvement science ideas.
