Application Requirements:

  • Include instructions on how to run your code in your GitHub README file. We strongly advise and prefer that you use a PUBLIC repository. [IMPORTANT] If you intend to use a private repository, please add [email protected] as a collaborator; otherwise, we won’t be able to view the codebase and will have to disqualify your submission.

  • YouTube demo link
  • Please show a working example of your solution and how the user will interact with it. Please also demonstrate how your solution makes use of the Google products/platforms you selected and the value it provides to users. [max. 2 minutes]

Demo Video Guidelines:

  • Go straight to demoing the solution (you don’t need to provide too much background information as we can get that through your written answers)
  • Show the actual working prototype (even if it is not fully completed) and do not show just mock-ups or images.
  • Have a voice-over in the background explaining all the features & functionalities of your solution as you demo them.
  • If you do a voice-over, minimize the background music to make sure we can hear the speaker clearly.
  • You can shoot the demo using your phone camera – it doesn’t need to be done with a professional camera/setup.
  • Make sure it is hosted on YouTube (you can mark it as unlisted if you don’t want to keep it public)
  • Make sure it is not over 2 minutes (we will only review the first 2 minutes of the demo video in case it is longer)
  • You can name the video title “(Your Solution Name) – GDSC Solution Challenge 2022.”
