Eligibilities

Applicants must have the following:

• BBA, B.A, B.sc Phycology, B.sc (Or any Bachelor’s degree) with MBA, M.sc Phycology, M.A (Or any Bachelor’s degree) (preferred).
• English proficiency at the Advanced Level is essential.
• The ability to lead, manage, and motivate others.
• Communication abilities.
• Sales and marketing abilities are required.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities are required.
• Should be a go-getter who is willing to face difficulties and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages are required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated branch management experience as a bank manager or in a comparable function is required.
• A thorough understanding of current management approaches and best practices.
• Capability to accomplish sales and production targets.
• Knowledge of industry norms and regulations.
• Outstanding organizational abilities.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented.
• Capability to multitask, prioritize, and successfully manage time.
• Applicants should have at least 6 years of prior management experience.
• Experience in the education industry, banking, the real estate industry, or the FMCG industry is desired.
