YECO 2024 is intended for young, ambitious businesspeople who are dedicated to leading the way in the development of environmentally friendly solutions.

This year represents a major development as the Youth Ecopreneur Awards are expanded into a full-fledged program. Now in its third year, the Awards have developed into a full program that includes an Accelerator phase, a Global Bootcamp, and the renowned Youth Ecopreneur Awards. Every stage is designed to help the most promising ecopreneurs go farther and make a bigger impact on the world stage.

Programme Overview:

1: Global Bootcamp:

• Experts in business growth, law, and intellectual property will lead training sessions and master lectures on investment preparedness and related subjects.
• A single, worldwide platform for networking and exchange among the cohort of young entrepreneurs, enhanced by Ye! Community mentorship

2: Accelerator:

• A customized 360-degree business assessment, along with specially designed coaching and training programs
• Access to investment networks and seed funding for the Land Restoration category
• Preferred access to Sidley Austin’s Pro-Bono Legal Services
• Preferred access to Google’s StartUp for Sustainable Development Program

3: Awards

Programme Categories:

1: Land Restoration: (100 spots in the programme )

Eligibilities:

• Planting New Trees or Reforesting
• Preservation and Improvement of Soil
• Restoring wetlands, controlling erosion, cleaning up contaminated soil, agroforestry, and carbon farming, as well as controlling invasive species
• Management of Forest or Urban Woodland Fires
• Restoration of Streams and Rivers
• Utilizing Current Technologies for Any of the Following

2: Green Business Solutions: (25 spots in the programme )

Eligibilities:

• Novel goods, services, or methods that make a substantial contribution to a green and sustainable economy
• This broad category is intended to stimulate a variety of innovative green business ventures.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants:

• Requires to be under 35 years old by March 22, 2024.
• Need to sign up here to become a member of the Ye! Community
• CEO, Co-Founder, or Founder is required.

The Business:

• Must be led by a young person in the majority
• Needs to be registered legally
• While the accelerator is only available to qualified nations (see the list here), the bootcamp is open to all countries.
• must support the green economy, sustainability, circularity, and/or land restoration.
