Eligibility Criteria 

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Be a national of one of the OSCE participating States or Partners for Cooperation.
  • Be between the ages of 22 and 32 at the time of application
  • Have at least a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
  • Be eager to engage in conflict prevention and resolution, arms control, nonproliferation, and disarmament, focusing on OSCE-relevant instruments.
  • Be interested in exchanging new ideas, expanding your network, and understanding career development opportunities in the respective areas.

Who Can Apply?
Young professionals aged 22–32 from OSCE participating States or Partners for Co-operation with at least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) can apply for the online course.

Language of Instruction
The course is conducted in English without interpretation.

Selection for the In-Person Course
Completing the online course does not guarantee selection for the in-person training. Participants will be chosen based on course performance and expressed interest.

Online Training Format

  • Runs for 6 weeks (7 April – 18 May) on the OSCE E-Learning platform.
  • Weekly thematic sessions include text, videos, interactive elements, quizzes, and a knowledge test.
  • An instructor will be available for support.
  • Live weekly sessions (1.5 hours) with instructors and guest speakers.

Time Commitment

  • Expect to spend 5–8 hours per week on course materials.
  • Includes a 1.5-hour weekly live session on Zoom with experts.
  • Designed to fit around work or study commitments.

Certificate of Completion

  • Participants who meet course requirements and pass weekly tests will receive a certificate (not ECTS accredited).
  • In-person course graduates will receive an additional certificate.
