Pitch2Win seeks to facilitate growth, cooperation, and investment opportunities by bringing forward-thinking entrepreneurs and potential investors together. The $20,000 prize pool will be divided among the three finalists. Additionally, they will be given a fully compensated travel to Japan’s largest startup conference, IVS2024 Kyoto Event.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Creative visionaries developing for the Nigerian market
• Early-stage Startups Assisted by Technology
• Startups that have a working prototype or a product ready for the market (traction is a plus)
• Willing to participate in the live pitch event on June 12, 2024, in Lagos, Nigeria
• Willing to attend the July 4–6, 2024, IVS Event in Kyoto, Japan

Entrepreneurs from all areas and sectors are welcome to apply. The candidate and their startup must fulfill the following qualifying requirements in order to be taken into consideration for this competition:

• Early-stage: The best candidates will have a tested company plan and be just starting out on the path to growth and expansion.
• Ownership: At the time of application, the founders and team members must own the majority of the company. The candidate needs to be a member of the original group. You cannot enter the Pitch competition if you are a sole proprietor.
• Legal admission age: On May 5, 2024, the application deadline, the applicant must be at least eighteen years old.
• Time Commitment: The candidate MUST be available (in person) for the pitch event and make a commitment to a week-long training program.

Note: The application’s author should be the applicant. Multiple application submissions by startups will result in disqualification.
