  • Grants: Lack of funding is a major problem in circumstances that are unstable. Owing to persistent violence, inadequate governance, and socioeconomic inequality, conventional support networks are either inadequate or nonexistent. This deficit will be directly addressed by the 2024 Resilience Fellowship, which will award grants of $15,000 US to those living in such regions for community projects that promote resilience. The Fellowship will make sure that resources reach people who are usually ignored by concentrating on unstable situations, so having a real impact on the most underprivileged areas.
  • Building capacity: Fellows will receive assistance in managing the particular difficulties posed by their surroundings, such as cyberthreats, physical security hazards, and the intricacies of criminal economies, through the Fellowship’s training and mentorship program. This method starts with a comprehension of fragility, recognizing the regional expressions of organized crime and creating plans to combat them.
  • Networking and cooperation: In order to impact international policy and support Fellows’ projects, the Fellowship will offer networking and cooperation possibilities through its Resilience Dialogues and the Resilience Fund Community Platform. The Fellowship seeks to support a wide range of solutions, exchange resources and best practices, and increase community resilience to organized crime in precarious circumstances by cultivating an interdisciplinary, international, and cross-sectoral network.
