Opportunity Description

The Atlas Corps Fellowship 2022 for Operations and Human Resources Professionals accepts applications. The Atlas Corps Fellowship places global professionals committed to social impact in 12-month or 14-month US-based or Blended Fellowships, where they learn best practices, build organizational capacity, and return home to build a network of global leaders. Fellows will support, develop, and improve operational frameworks, procedures, and processes in talent management, human resources, strategic planning, operations, knowledge management, and supply-chain/logistics at mission-driven organizations. These Fellowships will also help Atlas Corps achieve its goal of strengthening US-based organizations by allowing Fellows to contribute their international experience and expertise to the organization’s operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates for this Fellowship must have a bachelor’s degree
  • Be fluent in English, be under the age of 35
  • After the program, be committed to applying their knowledge in their home country or region.
  • Candidates should also have 2 years of professional experience in one of the following areas: human resources, knowledge management, supply chain and logistics, or general operations, as well as experience implementing and managing operational processes.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work comfortably with people from all over the world, as well as the ability to work with a variety of working styles
