Opportunity Description

Are you a student who identifies as a refugee, asylum seeker, internally displaced, or stateless person? Are you currently pursuing higher education at Bard College Berlin and in need of financial support to continue your academic journey? If yes, apply for the Alpine Fellowship Refugee Scholar Prize 2025.

The Alpine Fellowship, in partnership with Bard College Berlin and the Open Societies University Network, proudly presents this unique prize as part of its commitment to expanding access to education for forcibly displaced persons. This initiative is aligned with the UN’s Global Compact on Refugees (GCR)—a pledge to ensure better support and sustainable solutions for refugees and host communities alike.

This year, two winning applicants will be awarded £2,500 each in recognition of their resilience, academic efforts, and potential. The prize is not only a financial boost but also a statement of solidarity and support for individuals facing displacement and statelessness.
