The Ministry of foreign affairs has informed the embassy of Afghanistan in Kuala Lumpur that the government of Malaysia has offered 100 scholarships for Afghanistan students to pursue their Master or Phd in Malaysia and MIS scholarships offered for other countries as well.

Conditions:
applicants should fulfill the following requirements:
- Master degree applicants should hold a bachelor degree and Phd applicants should have a Master degree with a grade percentage of over 70% .
- possess official language score of TOEFL 550 / IELT 6
- Be from ASEAN and Commonwealth countries, Afghanistan, Algeria, Canada, China, Egypt, France, Georgia, Hong Kong, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Morrocco, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, South Korea, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan and UAE.
