The United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) four-day e-workshop named “Women’s Leadership: Make Your Voice Heard” provides women with the tools and information they need to succeed and improve in leadership positions.

It encourages the development of self-confidence, the practice of aggressive communication, and the formation of meaningful mentorship relationships. The skills learned over four days are not just theoretical but practical and ready to be utilized in real-world circumstances.

Workshop Contents and Structure
