Applications are open for Roster- Business Support Assistant Job Vacancies at UN World Food Programme. The Roster- Business Support Assistant will have the following responsibilities:

  • Accept complaints, feedback, and requests for information. Log, refer, and close cases and consent status correctly, precisely, and promptly into the CFM customer relationship management (CRM) tool in accordance with SOPs and the consent given by the CFM User.
  • Fill out surveys, if asked.
  • As per the SOP, refer instances to the appropriate focal point. This entails adhering to protocols for managing delicate cases, as well as promptly addressing claims of fraud and sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA).
  • Implement performance management guidelines and training. As needed, provide peers assistance.
  • In all of your dealings with the CFM User, follow WFP’s Guide to Personal Data Protection and Privacy (PDPP) and report any instances where the PDPP has been violated.
  • Always respond with professionalism, especially while dealing with challenging or stressful situations involving CFM Users and coworkers.
  • Identify and communicate to the CFM Manager areas that need improvement in a proactive manner. These may include, but are not limited to, the quality and correctness of the information shared with the CFM User, technical problems with the CRM, enhancements to the data intake form, and protocols for managing challenging CFM Users.
  • Encourage efforts to increase the CFM’s visibility among impacted communities, WFP staff, and humanitarian actors; this could entail, among other things, field trips and/or presence at meetings.
  • When needed, proactively ask the CFM Manager for advice.
  • As needed, carry out additional tasks.

  • Three or more years of relevant experience working in customer service, business support, or administration.
