The program is designed to address the fundamental challenges that people around the world face on the internet and enhance the capacity of a new, diverse generation of internet champions to become activists toward an open, secure, globally connected, and trustworthy internet.

Furthermore, fellows receive guidance from Internet luminaries, develop leadership and advocacy skills, and gain access to a network of experts.

The program, led by renowned experts like Professor Dr. Laura DeNardis and scholars from the Oxford Internet Institute, provides fellows with project management, advocacy, and diplomacy know-how. The 6-months program includes seminars, events, courses, and project work, culminating in a final presentation at a closing symposium.
