Eligibility Criteria:

If you are between the ages of 18 and 30 and a citizen or resident of a EURES nation, and you:

• Are a high school student,
• Have just graduated from university,
• Are searching for your dream job;
• Are still in training and about to begin looking for your first job;
• Are interested in working abroad in Europe;
• Are prepared to expand your horizons, pick up new skills, and set yourself up for success in your dream career.

Application Procedure:

Either an individual or a team of no more than three persons may apply.

• Step 1: Record your video!
  • You can post a video to a publicly accessible channel on YouTube and include a link to it in the application form.
  • Any EURES language may be used to generate videos, which can be submitted with or without subtitles. A transcript that has been translated into English must be sent with them, per the Application Form’s requirement. The video’s spoken content has to be transcribed as well.
  • Videos shouldn’t be more than two minutes in total.
  • Please make sure that the lighting and sound in your video are appropriate. Kindly download and thoroughly go over the video shooting guidelines’ instructions.
  • Videos that don’t meet the requirements for eligibility could not be allowed to vote.
  • Remember to save the original video file on your computer in case you need it for any reason in the future.

How will You be Evaluated?

• The technical team will assess the submitted videos to determine their eligibility in the first phase. If your film doesn’t meet the technical requirements but is still creative and eligible, you might or might not be called to submit it again.
• Open Online Voting will open on July 16, 2024, and run through August 12, 2024.
• Meanwhile, be sure to check your inboxes for updates from us as well as the spam folder!
• Voting for videos takes place on our specialized EURES platform. Don’t forget to tell your friends, classmates, and universities about it!
• The more votes your video receives, the greater the likelihood that it will win.
• Final three videos out of the top five will be chosen by popular vote (one person, one vote), which will decide the videos’ popularity.
• The competition manager, in conjunction with communications from EURES and the European Labour Authority, will evaluate and select the ultimate winners, who will be declared at EU Mobility Week in October!
• The three winning videos will be selected by EURES based primarily on the following factors: originality, inventiveness, relevance, and clarity. The judge’s discretion is in play here.
