Fully financed scholarships for overseas students will include a tuition fee remission, free housing, free meals in university dining halls, and a contribution to cover supplementary expenditures such as books and extracurricular activities. Students who are already enrolled or who want to attend can apply if they do not have the same degree of education. The grant for international students is only available for one year. As a result, students must apply for each academic year.

EU students must complete a declaration form, which is available at the completion of the online application procedure. Non-EU students from underdeveloped nations, on the other hand, must verify that they do not come from a wealthy family. The document validating the student’s socioeconomic situation must be released by the Italian diplomatic authorities in the applicant’s native country.
