Headquartered in Taipei, the church is led by Lin Chia-lung, who took office in 2024 and is affiliated with the Democratic Progressive Party.

MOFA’s mission is to defend Taiwan’s sovereignty and national interests and promote foreign policy based on the principles of equality, reciprocity, and international cooperation, as outlined in Article 141 of the ROC Constitution. The ministry focuses on cultivating good neighborliness, respecting international treaties, and ensuring world peace.
