• Facilitate and oversee the district-level evaluation, enrollment, setup, and ongoing execution of the CBE initiative.
• Coordinate project operations with the Hub-School administration, the District Education Department, the Academic Supervisor, the School Management Shuras, and the communities, among other pertinent local stakeholders.
• Create procedures that make it easier to carry out educational activities in collaboration with local governments and district educational authorities.
• Organize coordination meetings and oversee the district-level CBE mapping effort.
• Oversee the district-level identification of classrooms, students, and potential instructors
• Help CBE students enroll and register at the Hub-School, and make sure the proper paperwork is submitted to DED.
• Work closely with the training officer and teacher trainers to plan teacher training sessions…

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must have the following:

• University degree in the social sciences, particularly in education planning and management, project management, business or public administration, or any other pertinent area. The master’s degree is preferable.
• Experience in education planning and project management, CBE Program management, capacity building, and field level coordination for 2 years (Master’s degree) and 3 years (Bachelor’s degree).
• Effective project management and execution abilities.
• Effective Communication and Coordination Skills.
• A team player.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
• Outstanding writing and spoken English proficiency.
• Strong prioritization, delegation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding follow-up abilities.
• Capable of handling workload and pressure.
• It is essential to be able to speak and write English, Dari, and Pashto with ease.
