The Southeast Asia 2022 Women of the Future Awards are now accepting nominations. Once more, the awards will attempt to create a platform for showcasing the region’s up-and-coming leaders—those who are not afraid to challenge norms, push limits, and bring about positive change through bravery, grit, and persistence. This program aims to create a global, cooperative network of women. Women of the Future feels they are in a strong position to have a beneficial impact on many locations through their program because of the power of their brand in the UK as well as their knowledge and experience.

Award Categories:

  • Arts & Culture: Are you a talented film producer, aspiring actor, choreographer, or artist? This award recognizes the innovative talents of up-and-coming performers and those working in the background.
  • ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Award: This award recognizes the outstanding accomplishments of female trailblazers in various fields who are now leading Southeast Asia’s ESG movement. They wish to highlight the rising stars in all facets of ESG who have had a significant, beneficial impact on their companies, the environment, and society.
  • Business: This award is given to devoted businesswomen who are successful in South East Asia. Employees of both publicly traded companies and privately owned businesses are eligible for this prize.
  • Community Spirit & Public Service: This category honors the exceptional and diverse contributions of seasoned “public servants,” nonprofit employees, and volunteers. Additionally, they are looking for entries from businesswomen under 30 who are active in their communities, philanthropists, and social entrepreneurs.
  • Entrepreneur: This award recognizes and honors young entrepreneurs making a significant impact. The judges will be searching for applicants who have already begun to develop a firm (or enterprise) and who can demonstrate that they have the aspiration, vigor, talent, and vision necessary to reach the top.
  • Media & Communications: The winners of this award are rising talents in the media industry.
  • Mentor of the Year: This award honors the mentors who actively helped young women succeed in Southeast Asia. This honor is given to some of the region’s most significant and underappreciated heroes and heroines, enhancing the pipeline for female talent. All ages of men and women are eligible for the award. They must have spent at least two years residing in Southeast Asia, even if they are not residents of the respective nations.
  • Professions: This award recognizes women in the region who have made noteworthy contributions to law, health, architecture, accountancy, insurance, and education.
  • Property, Construction, & Infrastructure: This award is given to female professionals who work in real estate, construction, or infrastructure and influence the world we live in.
  • Science, Technology & Digital: This category honors a group of very talented young women who are breaking new ground in science and technology and the digital and digital areas.
  • Social Entrepreneur: This award recognizes and honors altruistic social entrepreneurs who have started a business to bring about lasting social change through their work and who have demonstrated the drive, ambition, ability, and vision to maximize social value creation.
  • Sport: An award given to the sport’s rising female stars.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates must be citizens or legal permanent residents of one of the following nations: Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Singapore & Vietnam.
  • Candidates must be women who are 35 years old or younger as of December 31, 2021.

Nomination Requirements:

  • The track record of the candidate within her current and previous organizations.
  • Her key achievements to date.
  • A sense of the candidate’s vision/plans for the future, both personally and for the organization she works for. What makes her special?
  • A 50-word biography for use in the awards program should you/the candidate be shortlisted. Their editorial team may edit this.
  • A high-quality photo of the nominee (2MB JPEG).
  • CV.
