Benefits and Financial Aids

The Transilvania Academica Scholarship provides comprehensive financial and academic support:

• Full tuition fee coverage, including registration and graduation fees
• Free accommodation in university dormitories, including during holidays
• A monthly allowance of 800 lei (approximately USD 170), including holiday periods

Note: Travel expenses and visa-related costs are not covered and are the responsibility of the students.

Eligibility Criteria

Required Documents

• Curriculum Vitae (CV) highlighting achievements
• Motivation Letter (maximum one page)
• Three Recommendation letters attesting to the candidate’s accomplishments

Selection Process and Criteria

The selection process and criteria are as follows:

• The Evaluation Board of the Rector of Transilvania University will manage the selection process
• Selection is based solely on the quality and content of the submitted documents.
• Only successful candidates will receive notification by email after 2 June 2025.
