Applications are open for the 2024 Mira Fellowship to international mid-career professionals. This innovative program is designed to empower individuals to address the world’s most pressing issues through a unique process of reframing and action planning. With the mission to create a blueprint for our cultural future, the fellowship leverages the power of fresh perspectives to generate actionable solutions. Participants, known as Mira Fellows, engage in a transformative six-month journey of research, collaboration, and implementation, supported by coaching, micro-grants, and a vibrant community.

Eligibility Criteria
Fellows must meet the following requirements:
- Applicants must have a professional background, mid-career professionals with a demonstrated track record of impactful work
- They have personal attributes, including being observant, flexible, determined, collaborative, and knowledgeable.
- Have commitment and willingness to invest significant time and effort while potentially maintaining a full-time job

In Education:
- Outdoor Educator: Creating a school system where students love learning.
- Early Childhood Educator: Supporting parents so children are kindergarten-ready.
- Community College Teacher: Developing software for employee learning and passion.
- Therapist: Reducing teen mental health issues through school support systems.
In Community Building:
- Journalist: Rethinking local news.
- City Council Member: Improving local government interaction.
- Elder Care Administrator: Innovating the last quarter of life.
- Campaign Manager: Enhancing electorate connections.

Required Documents

- Video Statement: A short (2-minute) story demonstrating storytelling skills.
- Idea Description, Impact Goals & Timeline: A concise (500 words or less) description of the proposed project and its expected impact
- Idea Impact Visual: A visual representation (250 words or less) of the project’s potential impact
- Resource Analysis: An outline (250 words or less) of needed resources and potential support.
- Resume: Detailed work history.
- Why You?: Explanation (500 words or less) of personal motivation and qualifications.
- Why Now?: Justification (500 words or less) for the urgency and relevance of the project.
