Opportunity Description
The Alpine Fellowship Foundation is a non-profit organization that commissions, sponsors, and showcases writers, artists, scholars, and playwrights. The awards judge hundreds of entries from contenders all over the world and provide financial assistance in the form of grants, coaching, performances, and exhibitions of the work of emerging, talented authors, artists, researchers, and playwrights. They also engage with other educational and cultural institutions to commission new works of art, promote multidisciplinary research, and advance the humanities.
The Alpine Fellowship Foundation awarded the Writing Prize! This award is given to the best play that explores the Alpine Fellowship’s 2024 language theme. The winner of the Theatre Prize will get money to assist with the composition of their intended play, while the runners-up will receive grants to cover their symposium travel costs in 2024.
