Eligibility Criteria:

• Anyone can apply, regardless of location, nationality, or field of study—politicians, statesmen, scientists, educators, social entrepreneurs, CEOs, environmentalists, artists, members of the armed forces, and others, among others.
• English is the TLML program’s working language.

Selection Criteria:

Tällberg staff review applications, followed by vetting from a pre-jury of global leaders. A final jury then selects mentees based on courage, creativity, persistence, commitment to universal values, impact, and a global solutions mindset, focusing on those with high leadership potential.
