The 2025 OnePlus Photography Awards applications are open. OnePlus invites all mobile photographers to take part in this global competition and share their unique vision with the world.

Open to all smartphone users worldwide; the competition encourages participants to transform everyday scenes into powerful narratives through the camera in their hands. The theme “Make the Moment” invites entrants to express themselves across three exciting categories: Movement, Night and Low Light, and Faces.

Eligibility Criteria

Photographers who meet the following requirements are eligible to apply:

• Submission is open to all smartphone users globally
• You must take all submissions with a smartphone.
• There are no restrictions on age, nationality, or gender
• Entries must be original and created by the entrant
• Participants must agree to the terms and guidelines on the official OnePlus website

Judging Criteria and Process

Judging Criteria:
The judges assess entries based on composition, creativity, relevance, and visual storytelling.

Judging Process:

• Preliminary Review: The Committee reviews and selects entries throughout the submission period without a set limit.
• Finalist Selection: After submissions close, the Committee shortlists around 100 finalists per category.
• Judging Panel Scoring: Each judge scores entries independently on a 1–100 scale without discussion.
• Score Calculation: The Committee calculates final scores to rank entries.
• Publicity Period: They announce proposed winners for public feedback and transparency.
• Winner Announcement: Final results reflect judges’ scores, Committee insights, public feedback, and contest values.

Note: Participants who withdraw before August 1, 2025, lose eligibility for any awards.

• You must fully own the copyright to your entries and avoid violating any third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademarks, privacy, or portrait rights).
• Do not include defamatory, disrespectful, or harmful content targeting OnePlus or others.
• Avoid entries with offensive, explicit, hateful, or false content.
• Do not include discriminatory or prejudiced content based on race, religion, gender, disability, nationality, or age.
• Follow the laws and moral standards of the region where you create and submit your work.
• Do not feature illegal activities, drugs, weapons, or politically sensitive content.
• Follow all applicable laws; do not upload political, violent, pornographic, or terrorist content.
• Understand that your entries reflect your views, not OnePlus. OnePlus will review submissions and may disqualify entries that violate these rules.

• Include a title (max 10 words) and a story (max 100 words).
• Upload your photos before the submission deadline; late entries or edits are not acceptable.
• You retain the copyright but authorize OnePlus to showcase your work across its platforms without additional notice or consent.
