Opportunity Description

Are you an academically talented student from a Least Developed Member Country (LDMC) looking for financial support to pursue a Bachelor’s or TVETs education? Do you want to contribute to the development of your home country? If so, the IsDB-ISFD Scholarship Program 2025-26 is the best opportunity for you.

Launched in 2019 by the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) with the support of the Islamic Solidarity Fund for Development (ISFD), this scholarship program is designed to help financially disadvantaged yet academically successful students from LDMCs pursue Bachelor’s degrees and technical diplomas (TVET). By providing access to quality education, the program aims to empower students and support their socioeconomic progress.

More than just financial assistance, the IsDB-ISFD Scholarship Program is a human development initiative. It not only funds students’ education but also requires recipients to contribute to their local communities and repay the loan after employment. The repaid funds are reinvested to provide more scholarships for students in the same country, ensuring long-term sustainability.
