The Islamic World Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) invites young leaders to apply for the 4th edition of its Leadership Training in Peace and Security (LTIPS), which will be held under the theme “Sowing the Seeds of Peace by Mobilizing Youth and Women.”

Set for 2025, LTIPS offers intensive training in peacebuilding, with interactive modules, global mentorship, and a final competition to fund top youth-led peace initiatives. Open to applicants from ICESCO Member States and beyond, the program aims to build a new generation of peace ambassadors committed to shaping inclusive, resilient societies.

Eligibility

• To participate in all training sessions, the applicants must be fluent in one of ICESCO’s three working languages (Arabic, English, or French).
• Show an interest in leadership, women’s empowerment, and juvenile rehabilitation topics as scholars or within the context of associations or civil society groups.
• By December 31, 2025, the applicants must be between 18 and 35.
