Opportunity Description
The GROW Impact Accelerator, in cooperation with AgFunder, accepts applications for an accelerator program. This Program aims to drive transformative change in the global agri-food system. Successful companies will receive 100K USD investment from AgFunder. Also, they will benefit from the Program’s in-kind benefits, including an accelerator program that improves their business model for global growth. The accelerator program also connects the companies with the AgFunder and GROW network. As a result, companies can sharpen their growth strategy, scale aggressively, and raise their Investment.
The current global food system is today’s most enormous opportunity and challenge. We urgently need to accelerate wide-ranging solutions to process, produce, package, transport, consume and dispose of our food.
The GROW Impact Accelerator drives transformation by boosting the growth of emerging FoodTech and AgTech start-ups tackling the world’s biggest sustainability challenges.

Benefits
The participant companies will benefit from the GROW Impact Accelerator Program as follows:
- 100K USD investment fund;
- Visa support for SG EntrePass visa through GROW’s partnership with Enterprise Singapore;
- Physical workspace in Singapore, if overseas during the Program;Â
- Access and contact to growth partners for product development, testing, and scaling;
- Five months of one-on-one virtual coaching with GROW’s entrepreneurship and innovation experts;Â
- One-on-one mentor sessions with cross-industry partners, including international food and agriculture multinational corporations (MNCs), marketing, sales, brand design, sustainability, finance, etc.;
- Checks-ins with the AgFunder investment tea;
- Insight sessions and group learning to extend participants’ understanding of agri-food technology, entrepreneurship, sustainability fundraising, and impact;
- Networking with other agri-food technology entrepreneurs.Â
- Media exposure and publicity through the AgFunder News Platform with a universal reach of more than 90,000 subscribers.Â
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Be a founder of a company with at least one Minimum Viable Product (MVP);
- Be on their way to establishing product-market fit;
- Operate in at least one market;
- Companies should operate in new edges of AgTech and FoodTech to tackle the world’s biggest challenges of sustainabilityÂ
- Must operate in the Program impact areas, including but not limited to Advancing Smallholder Farmers, Alt-Proteins and Novel Foods and Ingredients, Climate-Smart Agriculture and Aquaculture, Supply Chain Rationalization, Circular Economy, Food Waste Valorisation, and Personalized Nutrition and Health.Â
