Opportunity Description
Are you an experienced media representative with a background in journalism? If yes, this opportunity is for you! Falling Walls Science Summit Journalist Fellowship applications are now being accepted. To help foreign media representatives cover the issues of the Falling Walls Science Summit 2024, the Falling Walls Foundation is presenting a journalist fellowship award. A few chosen media will be given invitations to the Falling Walls Science Summit, which will take place in Berlin from (7-9 November 2024.
According to the Falling Walls Foundation, journalists are invited to submit proposals explaining their preferred topic about the transdisciplinary schedule of the Falling Walls Science Summit 2024. The Summit will provide an exchange with famous partner organizations and speakers for those whose applications are accepted. Reporting may occur before, during, or after the Falling Walls Science Summit (7-9 November 2024. The fellowship funding seeks to support independent science journalism and further enhance public perceptions of Berlin as a center of scientific achievement on a global scale.

What are the requirements?
- Applicants must be an experienced science journalist with a track record of covering scientific topics in established media outlets
- Open to journalists from any country
- Female journalists are especially encouraged to apply
