Opportunity Description

The Erasmus Mundus Joint Master in Education Policies for Global Development (GLOBED) applications are open to international applicants. GLOBED is an international program launched in 2015, focusing on globalization, education, and international development. Funded by Europen Union (EU) Erasmus+, this program addresses the gaps in education-for-development studies by integrating interdisciplinary expertise from research centers across Europe and beyond.

Developed by a consortium of four universities—Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (coordinator), University of Glasgow, University of Bremen, and University of Cyprus—GLOBED collaborates with over 50 global organizations, offering students internships and practical experience.

This master’s program evaluates major education policies and explores equitable alternatives. It equips students with analytical tools, global perspectives, and a commitment to social justice, preparing them for impactful careers in education and development.
