Opportunity Description

The UN Convention on Biological Diversity will take place in December 2022. Earth Journalism Network (EJN) is happy to announce a new fellowship for journalists interested in attending and covering the event. The Conference of the Parties (COP15) to the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity will hold its next 15th meeting in Montreal, Canada, from December 7 to 19, 2022. Delegates from 195 countries will attend. This COP is especially significant because Parties want to approve the “Post-2020 Global Biodiversity Framework,” which has been repeatedly postponed and rescheduled since the Covid-19 pandemic’s onset.
