The Alliance of Democracies Foundation calls for the Democracy Tech Entrepreneur Fellowship applications. This fellowship program aims to support tech entrepreneurs with innovative solutions to democracies’ difficulties, such as disinformation, deep fakes, pandemic surveillance, election interference on social media, and illegal facial recognition.
Applicants from Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia, and Moldova can apply for this fellowship and will receive a selection invitation as fellows.Â
The Democracy Tech Entrepreneur Fellowship has three main elements, including peer-to-peer mentor sessions, collective learning masterclasses, and building strong networks among entrepreneurs. Also, this program has two phases. In the first phase, the fellows participate in collective masterclasses. In this bi-weekly masterclass, they learn techniques and ways to defend democracy and integrate more democratic processes and principles in their ventures and innovations. In phase two, the fellows will go to Copenhagen to start Copenhagen Democracy Summit and build strong networks with democracy activists, policymakers, and the start-up ecosystem in Denmark.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants who meet the following eligibility criteria can apply for Democracy Tech Entrepreneur Fellowship:
- Applicants must have started a scalable and innovative business to meet Democracy Tech criteria.Â
- Be proficient in EnglishÂ
- Submit a 1-minute elevator pitch about their democracy tech innovation or venture
- Be available for the total period of the fellowshipÂ
- Be from one of the target countries, including Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia, and MoldovaÂ
- Demonstrate commitment to democratic valuesÂ
- Meet additional requirements.Â
