Applications are open for Deloitte Discovery Internship 2024. The Discovery internship is intended to introduce summer interns at first- and second-year student levels to various client service companies at Deloitte. These chances are made to advance your abilities, encourage curiosity, and recognize your adaptability. By giving their interns cross-business exposure, frequent training, and ongoing education, they promote their drive to grow, discover, and participate. You will receive individualized mentoring through Deloitte University during your internship and professional training.

Throughout the internship, the counselor—typically a manager or senior manager—offers career advice and feedback. The onboarding adviser serves as a peer-level “buddy” to assist with inquiries and provide advice on how to get the most out of the internship.
Eligibility Criteria:
They want those who can successfully balance extracurricular activities with a high academic record:
- Freshmen or sophomores in college who are certain they want to major in business, accounting, economics, STEM, or a similar discipline in order to earn a bachelor’s degree
- Strong academic background (a minimum GPA of 3.2 at the end of the academic year is preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills; adaptive to change; creativity & self-confidence, leadership traits, team-oriented, and collaborative
- All qualifying first- and second-year students are eligible for the Discovery Internship. Students that identify as Black or African-American, Hispanic or Latinx, American Indian or Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, or as members of two or more racial groups are encouraged to apply, as they aim to have a diverse slate of candidates.
