Eligibility Criteria and Ineligibilities

You must meet the following scholarship requirements:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • You must be a citizen of a country outside the EU, EEA, or Switzerland
  • Admitted to a master’s degree program at UCPH
  • Granted a time-limited residence permit for studying in Denmark

Ineligibilities:

  • You are not eligible if you have a legal claim to the Danish citizens’s rights.
  • Eligible for a scholarship by Danish rules and law regarding the State Educational Grant and Loan Scheme (SU)
  • Granted a residence permit under specific conditions related to being the child of a foreign citizen in Denmark
