Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the program, applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree requiring four years of full-time study in relevant disciplines.
- Possess a strong academic record.
- Have at least one year of full-time professional work experience in a field relevant to the Master’s program.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English (TOEFL 80, IELTS0).
- Applicants exempt from the language requirement must provide evidence of English as the language of instruction in their previous degree.
- Applicants from specific countries may have additional requirements, such as APS certification.

- Completed DAAD checklist form (hand-signed with place and date indication)
- DAAD scholarship application form (excluding question 10)
- Letter of motivation (max. two pages) detailing academic, professional, and personal reasons for program participation, including explanations for choosing Master’s courses.
- Curriculum vitae in reverse chronological order (Europass template)
- Copies of higher education degree certificates with certified translations if not in German or English
- APS certificate for applicants from China, India, and Vietnam.
- Full set of transcript of records with certified translations if not in German or English
- Confirmation of relevant professional experience, internships, or political activities on headed paper with original signature and stamp, including certified translations if necessary
- Recent language certificates for English proficiency (TOEFL or IELTS) meeting minimum score requirements
- A written reference from an employer or university lecturer is on headed paper with the original signature and stamp, including certified translations if necessary.
