Opportunity Description

The East-West Center‘s Changing Faces Women’s Leadership Seminar 2025 is now accepting applications. The Changing Faces The Women’s Leadership Seminar focuses on the critical role that innovation and entrepreneurship play in driving economic growth, creating jobs, and improving communities. During this 12-day professional training, conversation, and travel program, participants attend workshops on leadership and entrepreneurship.

Along with this, participants gain more insight into leadership, community development, entrepreneurship, and economic growth through carefully curated field trips and conversations with practitioners, experts, company owners, and legislators in Hawaii. In a Host Mentor Program, participants are paired with local women leaders on an individual basis. In exchange, Changing Faces participants mentor a chosen group of high school students as part of a Next Generation Service Project. Ultimately, in order to assist participants in creating and implementing a specific Action Plan for the advancement of their company or community, the Changing Faces Seminar also offers training and consultation sessions.

Why to apply?
