Opportunity Description

The Asian Development Bank ADB internship program’s second batch is now accepting applications. The Internship Program, which emphasizes project-based learning, offers graduate academics the opportunity to obtain experience through research projects based on ADB’s actual operating needs. ADB invites dedicated, receptive, and independent people from its member nations.

Duration: One internship assignment should last at least eight weeks (56 days) and a maximum of 11 weeks.
Eligible nations: ADB’s member nations

Asian Development Bank will cover the following:

  • Stipend
  • Part of the travel cost

Fellows will have the opportunity to:

  • Work for a prestigious international development agency.
  • Work together with knowledgeable individuals from more than 50 different nations.
  • Learn more about the ADB’s work’s role in development financing.
  • Provide research outcomes that will help the Asian Development Bank’s operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Before and during the internship, you must be enrolled in a Master’s or Doctoral program at an institution in one of the ADB member regions.
  • Enroll in a degree program in a subject area that is closely relevant to the work of ADB.
  • It would be best if you were a national of one of the ADB’s member nations. (list of ADB’s member nations founded here)
  • Possess the ability to speak and write English well and the necessary professional experience.
  • Close relatives of ADB workers are not eligible to apply.
