Night Shift Kankor Exam 1404 – Registration Guidelines

The National Examination Authority (NeXA) of Afghanistan has released the official instructions for registering for the Night Shift Kankor Exam for the academic year 1404. Below are the key points all applicants must follow:

How to Register?

  • All candidates must fill out the official registration form from the National Examination Authority and submit it on time to designated registration centers. Late or incomplete forms will not be accepted.
  • The registration form is free and can be downloaded online from official government pages.
  • A registration fee of 400 Afghanis must be submitted along with the filled form to either the relevant university/higher education institute in your province or to the examination authority.

Important Rules

  • Each applicant can only submit one form per year. If more than one form is submitted, the applicant will be disqualified.
  • If you already registered for the general Kankor exam, you cannot register for the night shift exam in the same year.
  • It is highly recommended that you fill out the form digitally (computerized).
  • All required information must be filled in accurately and clearly.

Photo and Identification Guidelines

  • Attach a recent (within 6 months) passport-sized photo with a white background and no hat, glasses, or mask.
  • Your full name, father’s name, grandfather’s name, and date of birth must match your original Tazkira.
  • Applicants should specify the type of their Tazkira (paper/e-Tazkira); preference goes to E-Tazkiras.
  • If using an electronic Tazkira, write the full ID code; if using a paper Tazkira, include volume, page, and record number.
  • Attach a copy of your Tazkira on the back of the registration form.

Academic Background & Residency

  • Clearly state whether you graduated from a public school or a religious institute (madrasa).
    • School graduates take the general Kankor test.
    • Madrasa graduates take a separate religious curriculum test.
  • Mention your province, district, and village of permanent residence as stated in your Tazkira.
  • Write the name of the province where you graduated.

Final Submission

  • After completing the form, sign it to confirm the accuracy of the provided information.
  • Submit the signed form before the deadline mentioned on the form. Late submissions will not be accepted.
  • False or incorrect information may result in legal action for document forgery.
