Afghanistan Medical Council Exit Exam Registration Notice!

According to the National Examination Authority (NEXA) The Afghanistan Medical Council’s state exam (exit) for the year 2023 is set to take place in July of 2023. As a result, all qualified graduates of public, private, and international universities and higher medical education institutes are asked to examine the following points and topics in order to participate in this exam:

Conditions for Taking The State Exam:

  • The candidate must have graduated from a public, private, or international medical university with a degree in therapeutic medicine or stomatology.
  • They finished their internship satisfactorily.
  • Graduates of medicine and stomatology from abroad should complete the graduation certificate, transcript of grades, and internship certificate, and bring the confirmation letter of the academic certificate from the Ministry of Higher Education.
  • They should also have the graduation document (certificate or diploma (and transcript of academic grades and internship)) that has been approved by the honorable Ministry of Higher Education.

How to Register for The State Exam?

  • Filling out the form is how you register for the state test. After going through the steps, applicants can download the form from the link below and submit it to the Medical Council. This stage begins on June 15, 2023 and ends on July 11, 2023. If the forms are not received by this date, the candidate will be unable to take the exam.
  • After approval by the relevant university and the Ministry of Higher Education, the original and a copy of the registration form should be attached to the academic documents (graduation certificate, internship certificate, transcript of grades) and the original ID card directly to the applicant by the date of the 11 July 2023 to be submitted to the medical council.
  • By 1 July 2023, all universities and institutes of higher medical education must provide to the Medical Council a list of their qualified graduates, as well as the books of graduates recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education, separated by grade, in hard and soft format.

Note:

  • The forms are collected individually from the applicants, the relevant universities are obliged to submit the books of the graduates to the Medical Council in a group form.
  • The candidate is obliged to refer to the Council after completing the above conditions and steps, otherwise they should not interfere with work matters.
